| Erin R. Spencer
Chief Creative Officer / Principal
The roots of Theme Designs are grounded in the profession of Landscape Architecture. An alumni of North Carolina A & T State University, Erin brings a solid background of technical expertise as well as 33 years of practical "in the field" experience. She has been involved in some of the most prestigous projects on the east coast as head landscape designer for International Paper's 25,000 acre township, resort amusement parks, numerous premier gated private golf community and championship courses, restaurants and hotels.
Erin is a licensed FCC broadcaster with live on-air television experience, celebrity interviews, commercial production, set design and construction. She is a 2nd degree black belt, certified martial arts instructor, and continues her discipline of 19 years.

| Marjory R. Hawkins
V.P. International Division / Principal
Marjory has 23 years experience with a strong horticultural background. She started as designer and grower (45,000 flowers per season) for 7 championship golf courses including clubhouse and tournament event floral and foliage. Since that time, she has created and installed foliage and floral packages in over 300 restaurants, hotels, casinos, corporate offices, golf courses, and hospitals nationwide.
In 2005 she developed a new greenery package prototype for the International Rainforest Cafe chain, which she has successfully managed and installed in all new projects worldwide.
Marjory is a 2nd degree black belt, certified martial arts instructor, and continues her discipline of 19 years.

| Adrienne Harvey
V.P. Creative Development / Principal
Adrienne has been with Theme Designs for 7 years. Her responsibilities include coordination of all creative production in our fabrication studios. She is a member of the International Team and is experienced in training international non-English speaking crews to assist in the install of the Rainforest Cafe. Skilled in photo shop and virtual reality simulation, she coordinates visual graphic presentations.
Adrienne is a 3rd degree black belt, certified martial arts instructor, and continues her discipline of 10 years.

| Robin Hawkins
Director of Art Glass Studio
Robin has worked with the Theme Designs principals for over 20 years and has contributed to some of the most prestigious projects we have been involved in. A talented artist in her own right, her skills are diverse and range from horticultural to art glass development. She is a member of the International Team and is also responsible for the critical areas of project management, job cost analysis, and finance.
